Although Valentino gets high marks for showmanship and keeping the house alive with its beautiful collections side by side Elie Saab beats all collections hands down. The artistry, craftsmanship, and beading are so intricate, delicate, feminine, and timeless. No cheap gags here like Balenciaga just stunning clothes the way they are meant to be shown, worn, and owned by those who can afford such creations. Not to worry the details and colourations will reach the masses in time. But thank the Lord that there are still dreamers out there and craftsmen that are keeping couture alive and well. It’s a breath of fresh air to see the men’s offerings too. Bravo to the house of Saab and all those wonderful artists that created this gorgeous collection.
